THIRD, YOUR BODY WILL BUILD MUSCLE AND BURN MORE FAT RATHER THAN LOSE MUSCLE. THERE ARE REALLY NO BENEFITS TO LOSING WEIGHT RAPIDLY, BESIDE IMMEDIATE GRATIFICATION. UNFORTUNATELY, THE RESULTS ARE USUALLY UNSUSTAINABLE IN THE LONG RUN. FURTHERMORE, WHEN YOU START TO GAIN THE WEIGHT BACK YOU WILL GAIN MORE THAN BEFORE.

YOU MAY BE SAYING TO YOURSELF, “THIS SEEMS LIKE A DAUNTING CHALLENGE” BUT THAT IS WHERE THE DEDICATION AND BELIEVING IN YOURSELF CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. 

THE LAST PIECE OF THE PUZZLE WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS, WILL BE BUILDING LEAN MUSCLE TISSUE WHILE BURNING FAT. WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
